Health Plan: BlueCross/BlueShield PPO; you will be eligible after approximately 90 days of service. 100% employer paid coverage. Employee pays family coverage first year, thereafter company pays 100%, except for the yearly renewal.
Dental Ins: BlueCare Dental PPO insurance is available, the employee pays full cost.
Term Life: $10,000 UNUM Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Employer Paid Policy. You will be eligible after approximately 90 days of service.
Short Term Disability: 26 weeks for accidents, it starts on day one. The payment rate of disability is 60% of weekly salary, not to exceed $500 for all employees.
Holidays: We have 9 1/2 paid holidays per year, which you will be eligible for after 30 days of service. In addition, you will be given a half day off at 12 noon on our Foundation Day Anniversary.
Vacation: You will receive 10 working days of paid vacation after 1 year of service, fifteen working days after 5 years of service, and 20 days after 23 years of service.
Sick days: After 90 days of employment, you are eligible for 1 paid sick day every 2 months until the end of the calendar year. All full-time employees are eligible for 6 paid sick days per calendar year (starting January 1st) Two of those days may be used as personal time.
Profit Sharing: You will be eligible after you have completed 12 months of service in the plan year. The Plan Year begins on April 1st and ends on March 31st.
Education Benefits: The company provides educational expense assistance to full time regular employees with a minimum of 12 months service.
